This is my favorite place to eat. I usually go at lunchtime when you get a great choice of entrees on their lunch menu. Easy on the wallet and the food is fantastic. Lunch starts with the WonTon Soup, which is the best I've ever tasted. I've tried the Spicy Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken and their Happy Special. Huge portions that taste as good as they look. You even get hot tea included. The decor is a little dated so if you're looking for a super modern establishment, you won't find it here. But if you're here for the fabulous food and speedy service, you're onto a winner!

My family has been coming here for more than 16 years and it's always been the best food we've ever had! The waiters always remember us and know what we want. It's an old place with the same people for YEARS. Some of the seats could be improved, but it's okay. We always get Family Style Dinner A for three people, but we always get substitutions. We substitute the dishes in the Family Style Dinner for Wonderful (mixed) Chow Mein, Mongolian Beef, and my favorite: Walnut Shrimp. Be warned: Walnut shrimp costs an extra dollar or two! The Family Style A (there is also an option B and C) Dinner includes wonton soup, appetizers, and main dishes. The Family Style Dinners range by price as well per person. Their appetizer includes fried wontons, this meat in a triangular shaped foil, and eggrolls with sweet and sour sauce. The food is always amazing here! I would definitely recommend the Walnut Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, Wonton Soup, Orange Chicken, and I believe it is called the Four Hapinese. They also have a fish and veggies (2 seperate dishes) that are cooked on the spot, but I am not sure what it is called. I do know that it all tastes GOOD! The prices here are very reasonable! For example, the Family Style Dinner I usually order is $35. Most of the dishes here are about $10 and under, with some of the most expensive dishes ranging from $11-$15. However, I would say their General's Chicken gets really soggy in their sauce and it's not as tender as it should be. That would be something they need to fix on. Also their decor, as it's getting old. Overall, this place has always pleased me throughout the years. My family and I go here at least once a month or once every 2 months and it's always good! Will always be coming back.

I was craving wonton soup and perused the menu and added some spicy eggplant with pork for takeout. Wor wonton soup: this was surprisingly tasty for what is usually a bland soup. I only got it because I was getting over the stomach flu but the broth and wontons were surprisingly flavorful. They added other pieces of beef, BBQ pork, shrimp and chicken with the wontons so maybe that added flavor to the broth. The wontons and pieces of meat were big and definitely worth the price ($9.95 for a large). There were pieces of cabbage mixed in so it wasn't just a "caveman", protein soup. If I had to come back, I would order this again. Spicy eggplant with pork: I definitely do not recommend this dish. Upon opening the styrofoam container, the eggplant and meat were swimming in inches of red oil. Maybe I could of overlooked that, but the eggplant was an off-gray color that almost made me dry heave all over again. I didn't even take one bite because I was so scared of getting food poisoning. I hate wasting food and money but this was not acceptable. Prices were pretty standard for what you get at Chinese restaurants. Food was prepared pretty quickly (it took about 15 minutes from when I ordered). The restaurant was busy so maybe other items on the menu are better. But considering other Chinese restaurants have wonton soup....I probably won't be back.

Great service... Somewhat pushy lol but that's only because we came in 30mins before they closed. Still very welcoming and attentive. Food was great!! Most def will come again

Would be 5 stars if they weren't so rude about the form of payment; since their card terminal was made before debit cards had chips on them, their terminal wouldn't read my card, they wouldn't break a $100 bill and when I pulled out my check book, there was a longer than neccessary (imo) conversation back and forth across the restaurant from cashier to kitchen, in Chinese. They treated me like I was writing a hot-check and had planned on my card not working. The food is great but to be honest I'd rather have panda express than be embarrased by the staff here.

When I mean most disrespectful rude people ever I mean every word I say. I tried this place because I work two stores down there food is pretty basic and disgusting but what really made me really angry is that they refuse to give you water. I don't know about you but you are supposed to give water if someone is in need of it if you have it this is the worst customer service I've ever gotten in many occasions and they need to stop being rude to their neighbors for no reason. Asking me for a $1 for water is crazy when every other place is free.

This is definitely a Wonder Chinese Restaurant. After school me, my dad, and little brother will always go there to eat. Their sesame chicken and wonton soup is so delicious!!! All the staffs are always polite.

Wonderful Chinese Restaurant.... was it Wonderful? It was average in my opinion. Wanted to try a new Chinese Restaurant since I got tired eating at the same ones over and over. Friends and I got 3 dishes, chicken chow mein, shrimp chow fun, and chicken fried rice. All those dishes.... average. Nothing too spectacular. I felt that maybe the chow mein was a little bland, the chow fun was good, and the fried rice was ok. The service was average. The server did her job by getting us waters and hot tea, got our order right, but didn't refill our waters or tea. So how many times did I say average..... 3. In conclusion Wonderful Chinese Restaurant is average lol.

If you dined in during their lunch special, you can get a pretty good combo plate for less then $8.50. I always get the honey walnut shrimp w/ my combo which includes a small bowl of wonton soup, white or fried rice, veggie egg rolls, fried wonton wrap, & fouled wrap chicken. The shrimp is the most expensive on their lunch special but it's so delish. Everything else is around $6/$7. I enjoy their authentic Chinese food. The servers are pretty nice too. We've been dining here for at least 4 yrs now and I haven't regret it.

This is the absolute best Chinese Food I have ever had in my life! I found this restaurant one day about a year ago while shopping, and I instantly fell in love. My boyfriend and I constantly come here and never go anywhere else for Chinese food. It's never overly busy or packed, even on weekends. We are seated quickly and given ice water and delicious hot tea. We also order the same ting every time we go; Pork & Beef Chow Mein w/o veggies, and Wor Won Ton Soup. We never have to wait too long for our food to be ready and it's always hot when served to us. Their items are always inexpensive and taste AMAZING. My boyfriend and I come here so often that the employee's recognize us and already now what we want to order:) I love this place so much, that I would have them cater my wedding if they did catering, lol.

they were pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but probably because they have a lunch special. I had the Orange chicken special with white rice. I didn't like how they only had rice as an option for the special. I prefer the chow mein so I had to order that separately & it ended up being very good! the Orange chicken looked very different to other restuaunts & it tasted over cook. the chicken is in thin strips & breaded, so the texture was very crunchy & tough. I probably wouldn't order it again. my boyfriend had the sweet & sour shrimp, which was delicious! I really enjoyed the sauce that was poured over it. the special includes wonton soup, which was nice because other restuaunts give you a broth with vegetables in it & that's it. I liked the soup & it was very tasteful.

Food is good, service is acceptable. Feed 4 kids, wife and myself for 25 bucks. Ordered the large Won Ton soup, Kung Pai Chicken and Sweet Sour Chicken. We were satisfied with the portions as well. I've been here on a few occasions and will come regularly as needed :)

One of mu favorite chinese restaurants. We were a large group and they put us in a private room with a huge table that had a large lazy susan in the middle. Had a large selection of lunch meals that were all good, We had great service and he gave us separate checks when requested, Love this place.

Big portion. Decent price. $9 for combo plate. Comes with pork fried rice , wonton soup and egg roll I got the szchuan chicken. It was okay. Lots of veggie & they used chicken breast for the meat. The fried rice was very good. The wonton soup wasn't my favorite. The eggroll was too oily . $9.85 for the Mongolian lamb. It was good. Chewy, soft & juicy. Will come back to try different stuff

Tried to go here once. We were seated at a dirty table, given "fresh" silverware and napkins that had food on them. There were so many flies inside that you couldn't keep them off of you. Got up and walked out.

Very interesting 13-year restaurant. I gave a 5-star after replacing my order. Was first time experience, make sure everyone knows that the General Tao Chicken is not deep fried like those that you dreamt of, unless you ask them in the beginning. The staff and manager was polite and friendly. I'll definitely come back and try the other dishes they have like the cashew shrimp. Thanks Edwin Food from different countries (Thailand, Japan, China, Philippines, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ukraine)

I think the resturant needs to update their nice. I don't like touching their chili containers and eating food in the old plates with so much marks. The food is okay here.

We have tried a lot of Chinese food restaurants around town. This place is one of our favorites. It's consistently good. It's flavorful with decent prices. Their lunch combo plates are awesome. You get good portions for the price. I recommend this place.

My family and I visited this restaurant and we were not impressed with the service and food! When we first walked in we all immediately smelled a sewer like smell! We didn't walk away right away after the smell, because we thought we should try their food to see if is any good; unfortunately we were very disappointed with the quality and freshness of their food!

Just ok. Place is hole in wall and kinda dirty looking. Kinda bland Chinese, we had the family meal with orange chicken, chow mien, fried rice, general tsao chicken, sweet and sour chicken. Waste of $50, go somewhere else, Panda Express is even better.

Eh. There food is very delicious but they really need to work on there customer service. I can tell you countless times they have just forgot about me and didn't take my order until 30 minutes of being there. Horrible employees but if you can stand that for good food, here is you place.

Been there just one time and will not go back. Ordered our meal as we were waiting for our food a mouse ran across the room right under our table. Less then a minute later the waitress delivers our meal we tell her about the mouse which other patrons had also seen she just stared at us and didnt say a word, complete wide eyed silence, we just walked out.

Recently went here for the first time with a group of almost 20 people. We had reservations and were given a private room with two large tables. The tables had ginormous lazy Susan's which were both functional and fun to play with. :) Our server overall did a fantastic job handling so many of us; special requests, questions, and separate checks. The food took a little long to come out but I am supposing that is because there were so many of us and they were trying to get the majority of it out at the same time. The food itself was very good; not greasy, flavorful, and above all, plentiful! I had the Four Happiness (shrimp, scallops, chicken, bbq pork, and vegetables in a brown sauce). I had to order a side of steamed rice and that was a bit of a bummer - it would be nice if they just brought some for the table. The price was reasonable and I took about half of it home. There were no fortune cookies given (but people started leaving as we paid our bills so maybe I missed out on those). Overall, I think I will be going back in the future.

Worst Chinese food experience of my life. Went here for a family birthday and the staff was impatient and rude, the dishes were dirty and my water had floaties in it. The chicken fried rice and cho mien were dull and tasteless. The worst of all though were the chicken wings that my father ordered. They were COVERED in little hairs like they had been dropped on the floor. Overall my experience was sickening and just thinking about it makes me loose my appetite. Sorry

I love their honey walnut shrimp lunch plate. It's a little crunchy for my boyfriend but I can't get enough of it. I think the plate is around $9 but it fills me up so much. Sometimes I can't finish it so I think it's worth it. The waitresses are nice. I also have they're orange chicken when i'm feeling cheap and it has a unique taste but it's pretty good. Their fried rice is delicious and their wonton soup is the best i've ever had.

Love their food! After trying this place, I keep coming back for more. They never skimp and their fried rice is the bomb diggity! I always order here for my catering needs especially their pork fried rice. I always found it hard to find a restaurant that makes honey walnut shrimp because they either always put too much sauce, too much lettuce, or the shrimp is either too small or not enough of them! But at Wonderful, the sauce is just right, not too much lettuce, and shrimps are plenty and big in size! I've had people come here with me and now they love it too! I highly recommend this place.

My friend suggested we try this place out since, teriyaki time was closed on a Sunday. The place wa pretty quiet with only 3 other parties. The food was okay, I had better. We ordered the dry noodle deluxe (chow mein), a side of rice, general chicken, and chicken and brocolli. The noodle was like any other chinese place. The general chicken was a big disappointment. I expected the chicken have texture because it is usually made differently at other places. The general chicken looked like it was stir fried and toss in sauce, what turned me away from it was the welted lettuce under the hot food. WHY???? The brocolli chicken was over cooked. The brocolli was welted and the chicken was dry. The food was below average, would I return back? No The only good thing about this place is the seating and the private room they have for bigger and louder party, other than that, I would not return.

I have been coming here forten or so years now and I have enjoyed every meal. The hot and soup is pretty darn good and I always get some to go. The only advice I will give you is that the food is Very Americanized. And since I am white I rather like that. Although I do love a good tripe pho.

Lots of food for the price. A nice little spot on Laguna/Bond for some quick Chinese food. The service here is pretty ok. Good. Why? With only two small parties in the restaurant, including me and my guest, it felt like i was in busy restaurant. The staff was a little slow but made up for their kindness, very nice people. Final Verdict: Probably my first and last visit here. But you should try this place out, it's not bad, just not my cup of tea. They do serve tea too, and its good.

I have to say that when it comes to Chinese food, I am rather picky only because I have certain favorite dishes. My favorite restaurant back in the day use to be NEW CANTON. Since they traded new owners, I have been searching for the best SHRIMP/PRAWN with lobster sauce. So far - this place to me makes it a bit similar with the black bean sauce. My favorite dishes always to a Chinese Restaurant are Walnut Shrimp and Shrimp/Prawns with lobster sauce. If these dishes are not made right, I am not coming back. Other restaurants make the Shrimp/Prawn with lobster sauce without the Black Bean flavor. It doesnt suit my taste buds at all without it. Seems odd to me to eat without it. I have always come back when I am near by in town.

This is the beat Chinese food I have eaten. My hubby and I both got the dinner special. The portions we very generous and had great flavors. We had plenty of leftovers that tasted great the next day. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have always loved the food there. Their wonton soup is outstanding. Friday a friend and I went in for lunch. I don't know exactly what they have done to their chow mein, but it was awful. The noodles were fat and maybe were made from whole wheat flour or something. Panda Express has changed their noodles also, so maybe all these type restaurants think we need to eat healthier, but it doesn't work for me. Will not order that again. Everything else was great as usual. Will go back, but will order something different.

I love the HOT SOUR SOUP! YUMMY.. The kung poa is very good and so was the genral chicken and eggrolls The rice was ok.. ( I missed the vegtables and eggs) But other wise it was pretty good for a qick bite to eat

Love the prices! Great place to go for an inexpensive lunch of yummy Chinese. Their won ton soup is a must for me when I have a cold. I've tried won ton soup many times from other Chinese restaurants in town but I find Wonderful's is the best.

Been coming here since they opened, eat here with the family at least once a week! We know their menu by heart, tried just about everything on it!! Great food, great prices, great service, big portions. I hope they never change their menu, except to add more delicious items. I also like the fact that they don't put peas and carrots in the fried rice, I'm not a fan of fillers in my Chinese food!! We also go there and order the wonton soup to bring home whenever we have colds here at home, the soup is awesome!! I highly recommend this place, especially for lunch, I like that you get soup, tea, rice, fried wonton and your main entree!! Dang, how can you beat that?? Yummo!!
(4)

The orange chicken is the best I've proably ever had. I love their fried rice as well. I am looking forward t trying their walnut shrimp hopefully sometime soon. I've had very few favorite Chinese restaurants in the greater Sacramento area, but I think these days this is my new number 1. I think you'll definitely enjoy it. Great prices and large portions. I've taken several people out to eat here, and will continue to do so, only problem is it's not very close to me.

This has to be my favorite Chinese food so far in Elk Grove (apparently there's a location up in Citrus Heights too). I always come for the orange chicken lunch special (11AM-3PM). I get a small bowl of really good wonton soup as an appetizer (it comes with the dine in lunch special, doesn't come if lunch is to go), a big portion of really good orange chicken, some lettuce, a fried wonton with sweet and sour sauce, and an egg roll. Service is good. I like it.

This place has reasonably priced lunch specials. Definitely recommend the twice cooked pork and sweet and sour chicken!! Delicious. Very friendly staff as well.

Best walnut shrimp in town! I love their pork chow mein with hong kong noodles. All their dishes are at exceptional prices considering the portion you get.

So I just moved to Elk Grove and I miss my old neighborhoods chinese food. Now I am in a search of a restaurant close to my new neighborhood. So last night, we tried this restaurant. Greeted and seated quickly, restaurant was some what busy. They quickly served us hot tea and water. Menu covers were grimey. I didn't want to open it but i did to order the following: Fried Cheese Won tons Wor Won Ton soup Chicken Fried Rice Beef with Oyster sauce Wonderful Chow Mein Fried wontons were stale. Soup and chow mein was bland and colorless. Rice and beef dish were good but full of filler peas and carrots...you know the kind you can find in the frozen section of the grocery store. I guess I am still on my mission to find my DH in EG.

This place was not good at all. I ordered the orange chicken and it came with an egg roll, wonton soup, and fried rice. The wonton soup was good.. orange chicken was not good at all and I love orange chicken and order it almost every time I east chinese food. The egg roll was gross.. fried rice was blah. I couldn't finish my food !!! My boyfriend ordered the lemon chicken which was also off the lunch special so it came with the same side dishes as mine. HIS FOOD HAD HAIR IN IT!!!!!!! Disgusting! We wont be retuning!

I have been a Wonderful fan for at least 10 years. Consistently delicious American style Chinese food. Best bets are lunch & dinner specials...Always a to-go box at the end of my meal. Chef's special #17...wonton & tender greens is the bomb, as is the cashew chicken & curry dishes. As is typical of Chinese restaurants, the service is perfunctory at best, unless you become a regular. Woe betide a server that is lazy w/ a regular. The head waitress will give them hell, which is amusing.
(4)
Asia C.
Recently went on a trip to Wonderful where I was served fried rice that was half piping hot and half pretty cold. I informed the waiter of my disgust with the discrespancy in temperature, the waiter became really defensive and told me that he wouldn't be issuing a refund. Excuse me!?!? First, I didn't ask for a refund. Second, I think that for that kind of questionable food preparation a refund is surely in order. Needless to say, my previous wonderful (pun intended) expriences at this restaurant have been marred and I won't be going back.

My family and I have been going here for years! As a matter of fact before they opened the Elk Grove location we used to drive to Citrus Heights because we enjoy the food so much! Very friendly staff and food is delicious. You can't go wring with any item on the menu but must try walnut shrimp, hot and sour soup, and their generals chicken... All so yummy!!
(5)
Emily H.
I come here often with my boyfriend whenever we can make it before lunch is over. The staff is always so nice and they always remember our order. I usually get the general chicken because it's big chunks of chicken rather than the fried strips they use in other chicken dishes. When I'm in the mood for something else, I usually go for the pork chow mien with no vegetables. My boyfriend usually gets orange chicken and we love love love the won-ton soup! A lot of times we order an extra small bowl to share; I think it serves 6. When we don't plan to order a small bowl of won-ton soup, the server usually asks us and we change our mind and gladly say SURE!

This place serves the Americanized Chinese food and it's not bad. Their lunch combos are pretty cheap and pretty good... Their food is usually "over sauced" but that's what happens when a Chinese restaurant caters to mostly non Chinese clientele. One thing my husband and I share whenever we go is a large hot and sour soup. It comes in a HUGE bowl and is enough for both of us and then have leftovers. The wor wonton soup is pretty good too. All in all, a pretty good place to stop at for an okay lunch.

Lindsay C.
I like Wonderful, but I don't love it. Sometimes their food seems left over or reheated and is often really, really greasy. But its tasty enough and edible. So, three stars.
(3)
Jenna L.
Consistent food and service. We go here so much they know us by name and order! I recommend the lunch specials as they are great value. Decor is rough, so you have to look past that or it will deter you away. Four stars cause they use tender white meat chicken in their dishes! I suggest the orange chicken and mongolian beef...yum!!!
(4)

Consistent food quality and fast service. Everything here taste great. No complaints. Try the sesame chicken.

Wonderful Chinese has the most wonderful Chinese food! The name definitely suits them. I just went in and ordered food to go, including lemon chicken, wonton soup, chicken egg foo yung, shrimp egg foo yung, and chicken chow mein. The egg foo yung is absolutely huge and one of them was enough for three people to enjoy. The flavor of the food is excellent, and everything is fresh and made while you wait. I am always happy when I order from Wonderful Chinese. I usually order my food to go, but I have eaten in the restaurant on occasion. They have a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. It's really a nice place!
(5)
Rory L.
My mom and I have been going here for years. The food is pretty cheap, tasty, and there are large portions. The wait staff is also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the Hong Kong style noodles, sans the beef because it's really chewy and spongy. The shrimp fried rice and wonton soup is also very good. My definite favorites on the menu are the honey walnut shrimp and the shower chicken (half a chicken, crispy fried, with a spicy and tangy sauce). The rice tends to be a little dry, so if you're doing take-out I would suggest cooking your own rice, and the ambiance isn't all that great. Overall, it's definitely a good deal though.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place from family and friends. My experience was horrible. I was in a party of four and was served their flower soup appetizer. We looked closer and saw MOSQUITOES. yes, MOSQUITOES in all of our soups. The waitress promptly removed them from our table after looking closer and seeing them for herself. The food was decent from previous visits, but wow did those mosqitoes make me never want to go back again.

The best I can say about this place is the won-ton soup is really good. The rest of the food was just ok. The service was not good at all. At least it was a cheap meal so it wasn't a total waste, but I was not impressed.

This is the worst Chinese food restaurant that I have ever eaten at. This place should be named HORRIBLE Chinese. The fried rice IS NOT fresh and is simple and plain. The service is absolutely bad. Will never ever eat here again, especially when there are far better Chinese restaurants in the area.

This place is a good chinese restaurant. I love their Walnut Prawns in cream sauce. Everything has been consistently good here and tastes fresh. Highly recommend.

Good food, large portions for a very reasonable price. We probably dine here once every 4-6 weeks, and we've been going in for a few years now. They know who we are, they know which table we like to sit at and one of the waitresses knows our order. If we ever change our favorites, it will probably be very difficult for her. Appetizers: the pot stickers and fried prawns. So delicious! Main courses: Beef Broccoli, Sesame Chicken. We order these as dinners or combination plates. You get very large portions of the aforementioned dishes, plus steamed or fried rice. Because we enjoy the appetizers and soup, we end up taking home at least half of our dinner (dish and rice). We each end up with two days worth of lunches as a result. Makes the prices even more reasonable.

This place stacks up fairly well to it's name. I like it a lot and the wait staff is very nice. Since my last adventure here was some time ago I'm just doing this one out of courtesey. My star rating system would be full of 3's and 4's, not one 2.

Jonah S.
My girlfriend's parents love this place and kept talking about it. I love chinese food and was really hungry when we got there. I hadn't eaten all day and was starved. The food was still bad. Everything from the fried rice to the cashew chicken was totally bland. The lemon chicken was the only thing that wasn't and it was drowned in sauce. Place was a total let down. My girlfriend had the same reaction too. I expected much better as we took an hour drive just to eat here.

Love the won ton and tender green! Love the fried rice! Typical Chinese restaurant as far as the decor and service goes but, they do have consistently good Chinese food. Gotta give it try!

I live out of town but every 2 weeks I come here. Great, high quality food that is always consistant. Beef is very tender, not chewy and full of fat like some places. Very nice staff who even remember me and know what to bring to my table. I am high maintenance. Definitely the place to go.

Wonderful Chinese Restaurant was a favorite place to go to for the past 5 years until tonight. We loved going here because the food was tasty. The service we received tonight was mind bobbling and due to the lack of service we lost complete respect for this place. Tonight we went in with a total of 6 people. The waitress recommended the table with the lazy susan that is located in the private party room. When it came time to pay the waitress charged us an extra $11.00 for gratuity. Legally the guests have to be 8 or more and the waitress then said that groups who sit at the lazy susan table automatically are charged for gratuity with the total. Umm we have never been through that before and she failed to tell us that as well as putting signs up that mentions this. What was terribe was the fact the waitress mentioned that tips was not added to the total charge and so we had set money on the table. Yes the $11.00 was given back after throwing a fit. The fact is when you run a business please do it with integrity. Spring Villa on the other side of the freeway will be my go to for some great chinese food.

One word...MSG. However, 3 stars because their potstickers are the best around. They will sell them to you frozen as well for enjoyment at home.

Pros: Big servings, quick service, and food was hot Cons: Very bland. We had 3 different dishes and if you blind folded me I couldn't tell the difference between 2 of them. There is no substituting anything. Not even the type of soup. I thought the pork fried rice was pretty good but the sweet and sour chicken had almost no taste at all. People on here are saying it's cheap but I think it's comparable to most Chinese restaurants in town. Just nothing special and missing a lot when it comes to flavor.

My wife and I have been going here for years. This is one of the best chinese restaurants in Elk Grove. My wife is a health fanatic, and she loves it because it's not too greasy, not too fatty, and looks to be a lot healthier than most places. The service is quick and great, and we have always loved the quality of their food. It is a place we continue to go back to over and over again. Plus, the price is right. They are VERY reasonably priced and we can get three dishes and usually spend under $18 or $20.

Food was on the low end of OK. Service was OK in that they took our order, and delivered the meal. Highlight was watching the waitress walk to and from tables in her "JUICY" sweatpants.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for over a year now and I have loved it there. This place has always been friendly and accommodating to my family. We have gone there many different occasions and the food is always served hot and served quickly. They always provide the best service and they think ahead and before asking just giving us extra plates and napkins or whatever else. That helps when you are a Mom of three boys! The prices are great and when you just want a quick lunch when you are on break, it's a great place to go to. My favorite is the Sesame Chicken and their potstickers. I will continue to go there and hope others try it too!

I used to frequent this restaurant, before I realized just what I was putting in my body could be bad for me, haha. Nice staff and quick service (dine in). You can look in through the giant windows and see all of the customers, which tend to be overweight white people, so that should tell what their dishes are like (large portions and lots of sauce on the dishes). I do stop in on occasion to get a to-go order of their won-ton soup in the winter. Only complaint is that when I would call in an order, then show up 30 min later it still wasn't ready after getting the standard 15-20 min estimate on the phone.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(2)Bobbie R.
My family has been coming here for years. Great food. You get hot tea and yummy won ton soup with your meal. We come for lunch. Huge portions, $7. A plate. Lots of leftovers.
(4)Erika R.
Great service... Somewhat pushy lol but that's only because we came in 30mins before they closed. Still very welcoming and attentive. Food was great!! Most def will come again
(5)Charrissa D.
(4)Sarem B.

(5)Brandon L.
(3)Angel T.
(4)Marley K.
(5)Allyssa P.
they were pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but probably because they have a lunch special.
(3)Raul F.
(4)Karen C.
One of mu favorite chinese restaurants. We were a large group and they put us in a private room with a huge table that had a large lazy susan in the middle. Had a large selection of lunch meals that were all good, We had great service and he gave us separate checks when requested, Love this place.
(5)Melody V.
(3)Nine R.
Tried to go here once. We were seated at a dirty table, given "fresh" silverware and napkins that had food on them. There were so many flies inside that you couldn't keep them off of you. Got up and walked out.
(1)Teddy L.
This place is very yummy! The wonton soup looked a little plain, but very flavorful. Everything tastes so fresh. I'll be back again. For sure.
(5)Ed B.
(5)California G.
I think the resturant needs to update their nice. I don't like touching their chili containers and eating food in the old plates with so much marks. The food is okay here.
(1)Jonathan I.
Great, affordable, good service, nice selection of entrees. Their wonton soup is really fantastic as are their egg rolls. Lunch menu is generous and a really good deal. Can never go wrong with this place.
(4)Kate J.
We have tried a lot of Chinese food restaurants around town. This place is one of our favorites. It's consistently good. It's flavorful with decent prices. Their lunch combo plates are awesome. You get good portions for the price. I recommend this place.
(4)Lilian M.
(1)Christine P.
went to wonderful Chinese had the best Chinese food I have had in a long time so yummy sesame chicken fried rice and chow mein and Mongolian beef and kung pao chicken spicy but yummy sweet and sour pork and hot and sour soup
(4)J J.
Came here for to pick up my food that I called in and while I was waiting the waitress was brushing her hair in the kitchen area! How do I know? There is a huge window where u can see... Super gross. Good thing there wasn't hair in my food I would have thrown that $&@? I ordered pot stickers, foil chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, Chinese chicken salad, and cheese wontons. My fiancé likes the potstickers and foil chicken, I like the cheese wontons( used to like).....ummm next time we will stick to the wonton soup. The food was not that good, we will try a different Chinese Food restaurant in the area next time. We waisted $45 on bland, cold Chinese food.
(2)Elizabeth G.
Was not happy service slow. Food taste poor. Had to ask to have order taken For more water and for bill. Will not be back.
(1)Evan S.
Just ok. Place is hole in wall and kinda dirty looking. Kinda bland Chinese, we had the family meal with orange chicken, chow mien, fried rice, general tsao chicken, sweet and sour chicken. Waste of $50, go somewhere else, Panda Express is even better.
(2)Sadie C.
Eh. There food is very delicious but they really need to work on there customer service. I can tell you countless times they have just forgot about me and didn't take my order until 30 minutes of being there. Horrible employees but if you can stand that for good food, here is you place.
(2)Elizabeth H.
(1)Colleen M.
(4)Michael R.
Best won ton soup and pork chow mein. Huge portions. Yelp says 9:30, but they close at 9:00. FYI
(5)Justine F.
Food is amazing and they have good service! :) good place to have a date and the food isn't to expensive.
(4)Heather W.
Sorry
(1)Jacqueline H.
(5)Claire D.
(5)Tony L.
(2)Margaret D.
My family has been going here for 16 years and it never gets old! Their wonton soup is good. Their family style dinners are good. The waiters know our usual since we're regulars there. It's always a must here. Their walnut shrimp is amazing!
(4)Scott S.
I have been coming here forten or so years now and I have enjoyed every meal. The hot and soup is pretty darn good and I always get some to go. The only advice I will give you is that the food is Very Americanized. And since I am white I rather like that. Although I do love a good tripe pho.
(4)Tim H.
(3)JohnDoe 7.
Good food and friendly service .
(5)Grace B.
(4)Lana J.
This is the beat Chinese food I have eaten. My hubby and I both got the dinner special. The portions we very generous and had great flavors. We had plenty of leftovers that tasted great the next day. I would definitely recommend this place.
(5)Judy B.
(3)Rubbie S.
I love the HOT SOUR SOUP! YUMMY.. The kung poa is very good and so was the genral chicken and eggrolls The rice was ok.. ( I missed the vegtables and eggs) But other wise it was pretty good for a qick bite to eat
(4)Andrea A.
Love the prices! Great place to go for an inexpensive lunch of yummy Chinese. Their won ton soup is a must for me when I have a cold. I've tried won ton soup many times from other Chinese restaurants in town but I find Wonderful's is the best.
(5)La L.
Customer service very poor! The food use to be good. They put too much sauce on their food. Not worth your money.
(1)Lisa A.
Yummo!!
(4)D R.
(4)Jonathan A.
I like it.
(4)M P.
This place has reasonably priced lunch specials. Definitely recommend the twice cooked pork and sweet and sour chicken!! Delicious. Very friendly staff as well.
(4)Christine L.
Best walnut shrimp in town! I love their pork chow mein with hong kong noodles. All their dishes are at exceptional prices considering the portion you get.
(4)Lisa C.
(2)Korrina V.
(1)Ali F.
(4)Asia C.
(1)Tracy O.
(5)Emily H.
(4)Zack T.
Cold under cooked food, missing orders and Mean Staff horrible place to spend your time and hard earned money.
(1)Tim N Amy S.
Portions were small and the food wasn't tasty. Not sure what others are talking about.
(1)Chi T.
(3)Lindsay C.
I like Wonderful, but I don't love it. Sometimes their food seems left over or reheated and is often really, really greasy. But its tasty enough and edible. So, three stars.
(3)Jenna L.
(4)Jeremy D.
Consistent food quality and fast service. Everything here taste great. No complaints. Try the sesame chicken.
(5)Lisa M.
(5)Rory L.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It has very good food and service. My favorite is the pork fried rice, chow fun, won ton soup, and general chicken.

I've been eating here for quite some time and while it is not necessarily the fanciest place in town, they have food that is consistently good.

Friendly staff and the best Sesame Chicken (Not-Spicey)
